| Course Description: |
Brown Trout Golf Club is an 9-hole Parkland course designed
by Bill O'Hara and opened in 1973. Measuring 5,486 metres with a Par of 68 and
a standard scratch to match off the men's back stakes. The ladies course measures
4,734 metres with a Par 70 and standard scratch to match.
The course is festooned with mature trees requiring accuracies
off the tee, but the real danger at Brown Trout is the water which seems to
be everywhere, coming into play in no less tan seven holes. The club has a small
membership so you are almost certain to get a tee time on any day. After an enjoyable days golf relax in the clubhouse where a
warm Ulster welcome awaits you.
