Cloughaneely Golf Club surprisingly is one of the few parkland courses to be found in Co. Donegal. Designed by Michael Doherty and opened in 1995, the course measures 6,088 yards for the 18-holes with a par of 70 and a standard scratch of 68 off the men's tees. The ladies, is somewhat shorter at 5,323 yards par 70 and a standard scratch of 67. The course has undulating fairways and mature trees coming into play on most holes. |

| Members Achievements |
Cloughaneely Golf Club won the Ulster Final of the Musgrave's Club Challenge in aid of Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children, which raised in excess of 130,000 Euro. They beat Castle Hume on their home course on a count-back with 85 points each. They went to South Africa in November 2002 to represent Ulster along with the three other provincial winners to play in the National Finals. |
